Insurance
Our office is an insurance independent practice. This allows Dr. Vallejos to diagnose and treatment plan with the patient the options that are the most appropriate. Your insurance plan is designed to assist you in the cost of treatment. To help you maximize your benefits, we are more than happy to file your insurance claim for the treatment rendered and follow up if need be.
Financial Policy
Our office is an insurance independent practice. Although we are not under contract with any dental insurance, you can still utilize your benefits. Payment is due in full at time of service, we will then print your claim and send it to your insurance company for you. The reimbursement check will come directly to you within 3-4 weeks. If you do not receive your reimbursement check simply call us, and we will follow up.
